Can you issue an invoice for my company details?
Yes! Please provide your business details while placing your order. You can do it at checkout, in the step "Payment", text field "Company". Please enter your billing info in the following format: Company name (VAT ID: XXXXXXX).
I run a company in the EU and have a registered VAT ID number. How can I purchase your products with 0% VAT?
Our website doesn't allow shopping with 0% VAT. We will refund you the VAT if you provide us with a valid VAT ID while placing your order.
I liked the setup that I saw on your social media. Where do the things from the photo come from?

I want to use a Monitor Display Arm with my Standing Desk. Can you recommend something that will fit?
Yes, we have tested several Monitor Arms available on the market for you. We recommend Monitor Arms by Ergotron: Ergotron LX and ERGOTRON HX or alternatively HUANUO Single Monitor Mount - model HNSS12. All of them fit our Desks.
Do your products look exactly like the picture?
Our accessories are made of wood, which is a natural material. Therefore, each of our products is unique, and individual items may slightly differ in color and wood grain. Besides - the design and components of each set look like the pictures.
I'm going to give someone your product as a gift. How are your products packed and are they suitable for a gift?
All our products are carefully packed in aesthetic boxes - made of ecological materials and designed especially for our company. Our products make perfect and original gifts!
How do I know if the charging dock is compatible with my device?

How do I take care of natural wood?
Clean when needed with a soft cloth along the grain pattern. After removing any dust particles, clean the product with a moist cloth. Dry immediately with a soft cloth along the wood grains.
If the wood looks dry or whitish, sand it with sandpaper (e.g. 240 grit), and then cover the wood with any commercial wood oil. Transparent oil will work best. Check out our Maintenance Kit to help you take care of our wooden products.
How do I take care of natural Merino wool felt?
Our felt accessories can be cleaned with a mix of water and light detergent. After wetting the product, make sure to pat the area firmly with a paper towel to remove moisture.
You can also vacuum the item occasionally to remove dust and dry stains.
I ordered a custom product. Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production of the custom products the next business day after we receive your order. If you want to cancel it or make any changes, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after placing the order. Once we start the production process, further changes may not be possible to apply.
I would like to order a custom desk of my own design, can you make it for me? How much would it cost?
Yes, absolutely. For an additional fee, we are able to make custom modifications and other personalizations to our desks.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Of course - we can update or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To do this, please contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes! We can help you prepare gifts for your business partners or branded accessories for your next event. We can put your company logo on most of our products using the engraving or thermal printing method.

Yes, as woodworking experts we can manufacture a custom project according to your own design. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and submit all the details.

Please, write us an email at email@example.com. We will surely find a satisfactory solution together. Depending on the situation, it is possible to replace the product.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order you’ll be provided with a linked Tracking ID. After you click it, it will forward you to the specified tracking website.
