Shipping
At Oakywood, we partner with trusted carriers like UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx to provide reliable international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties
Orders from the US, EU, UK, and Switzerland are delivered with duties and taxes paid. The final price is what you see on the website.
Delivery Times
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
- Custom-Made Items: Ready to ship within 3-5 weeks
Warranty
All products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser, covering repair or replacement of defective parts. Desks are covered by a five-year warranty.
Return & Exchanges
- If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please, remember: you cannot return a customized product.

We will help you organize the shipment to one of our local return points (local return addresses available in USA, Germany, France, Poland, UK and Australia).

We will create a return label for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we will receive your return, we willl issue a refund on a receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.
