Its edges have been finished with our unique milling technique which gives it a refined look and protects the desktop from damage. The surface has been coated with a non-toxic, natural oil wax, that preserves the wood without clogging its pores.

The Table Top is made of wood - as it’s a natural material, the color and grain pattern may vary.

The Wooden Table Top is covered by a 5-year warranty*, with the following exceptions:
• Mechanical damage
• Chemical damage (nail polish stains, ammonia detergents, spilled liquids, etc.)
• Prolonged exposure to humidity, dampness
• Discoloration caused by sun exposure
• Accidents and using the product contrary to its intended purpose
• Intentional damage

The warranty covers the original buyer only - to make a claim, you’ll need to provide the receipt or invoice.

*DISCLAIMER: The wood is finished with a coating of natural oil wax, OSMO Topoil, which has no impact on its color or texture. This means the table top is a little less resistant to wear and tear, but simultaneously very easy to renovate at home with our wood maintenance kit.

Solid walnut wood – American walnut wood is a durable, long lasting, and damage resistant material. Its unique, rich chocolate tone is complemented by a clear wood grain.

Solid oak wood – sourced in Poland, oak wood is sturdy, damage resistant, and exceptionally durable. The distinctive heaviness of the material is offset by its light color and prominent wood grain.

Considerations

The table top is made of wood - it is a natural material which means some differences in colour and grain may occur. The oak, walnut, as well as oak and walnut veneer surfaces, are coated with natural oil wax from OSMO Topoil. It visually enhances the tabletop and makes it easy to refresh when needed. You can restore it by yourself using our wood maintenance kit. The black version is finished with stain and lacquer, which protect the wood’s natural color.

Solid wood tabletops are made up of individual planks, and each plank behaves slightly differently due to its inherent characteristics. Changes in temperature, humidity, and daily use cause the wood to expand and contract, which can sometimes result in minor cracks.

Warranty

The Wooden Table Top is covered by a 5-year warranty, with the following exceptions:

Mechanical damage
Chemical damage (nail polish stains, ammonia detergents, spilled liquids, etc.)
Moisture exposure
Stains caused by sun exposure
Accidents and other than intended use
Deliberate damage

Wood treatment

The wooden surface is treated with OSMO Topoil wax oil, maintaining its original color and texture. While this coating slightly reduces resistance to wear and tear when compared to varnish finishes, it offers the advantage of easy restoration. Choosing oil over varnish is more sustainable and leaves the wood with open pores, enhancing aesthetics and touch.

Care

Clean when needed with a soft cloth along the grain pattern. After removing any abrasive dust particles, clean it with a moist cloth. Dry immediately with a soft cloth along the wood grains. If the wood looks dry or whitish, sand it with sandpaper (e.g. 240 grit), and then cover wood with any commercial wood oil. Transparent oil will work best. Grommets

By passing cables through the grommet, you can neatly manage them beneath the desk surface. Our grommets feature magnetic connection for your convenience. Crafted from the same material as the tabletop, they are leveled to the worktop surface. Choose between two sizes and maintain a clean workspace.
